Hürsan Otomotiv, which was established in Bursa in 1986 to serve the automotive industry, started the sector with the production of seat-back newspaper holder nets. In 1995, it changed its title to Hürsanper Automotive and continues today with the production of newspaper nets and its derivatives, as well as driver's front, side and passenger side curtains suitable for all motor vehicles.

Quality system requirements; In addition to holding ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System certificates, it has successfully completed VDA 6.3 Process Audit and VDA 6.5 product audits in the forms of Volkswagen requirements.

The productıon procedure ıs operated by beıng devıded ınto maın processes. In the aluminum preliminary preparation group, semi-finished products that will form the frame of the curtains are produced. Then, cutting and sewing operations are carried out at the relevant stations with the renewed machinery. At thıs poınt of the process of assembling the sub-parts is completed, it is finally sent to the final assembly stations to become a finished product. Prototype work is done by masters and engineers separate from manufacturing.

Within the basis of continuous improvement of the production; All improvement efforts are carried out, from 5S studies carried out as a team to sub-detail part quality improvement and Kaizen studies. Meetings are held every day with unit managers in different departments to ensure that the manufacturing process proceeds smoothly.

Both manual and electric curtains can be tested internally, both at the beginning of the project and to verify mass production. Thanks to username and password sharing, customers can watch the tests live via cameras.

All the necessary precautions are also applıed for the envıronmental eco-system and processıng wastes properly.

The constantly developing staff is supported by internal and external training, and process manufacturing training is given to new personnel joining the team in the production area at the training station created to increase the quality of the processes.
